The Historic Review Board’s purpose is to advise the Development Review Board on applications considered within the Historic District. The Board is comprised of three members that have knowledge of and interest in design, architecture, and historic development within this district. The Board’s objective is to preserve, protect, and enhance the historic character of the Westminster Historical District. They meet as applications are submitted.
